Because I have to give a star I have give one. In reality there should be zero star rating. I booked and paid for a parcel on Sunday 29 November. It was to be collected on Monday 30 November for delivery in The Netherlands today 4 December. Have spoken to several people in the company all week - all lied to me saying courier was on way to collect it and it would definitely be in Netherlands on 4 December. Well guess what it is still sitting in my hall waiting for collection. Understand we are in a very difficult time but even so why take my money and leave me with no service. No on bothers to return my calls - I have to keep call and waiting on line for on average 10 minutes each time. Have been given so many absolute guarantees that it will be picked up up. STILL NO COLLECTION. Absolutely shocking service - very quick take the money. Would NEVER recommend you to anyone . My advice use any other company
