From both shipping and receiving with gls i can tell you with 100% certainty AVOID at all costs, shipping wise a week to collect customers orders, another two days to just scan them into the system then another few days delivering which adds up to will never use them again, receiving parcels wow the level of ineptness and outright spoofing beggars belief, example package shows on tracker as incomplete address info, ring depot some guy tells me only my name and town on package, guess what i get the package and on both sides in 140 size font is my full details put there by the sender and that was not the first time that happened, i will no longer purchase from anyone who uses GLS as a shipper. I am sure anyone reading this is as sick as i am of endlessly waiting around for GLS deliveries that never show the only thing they are ever on time with is the spoofing. Go with DPD or AnPost never ever had an issue with this guys, with GLS its issues 90% of the time.
