The tracking on the 9th indicated 'delayed, will be delivered next working day.' Tracking still shows 'delayed,' with no updates or indication of when delivery will happen. Poor service with a lack of communication. EDIT: Thank you for your reply; it's the first response I've received. As a consumer, the brand is what we see, and when one division fails, it reflects poorly on the entire brand. I hope someone addresses these concerns.
