Sent a correctly addressed package by DHL Express which was incorrectly delivered to another address in a different city. The intended receiver received a parcel addressed to someone else. My parcel would never have reached the correct addressee if they had not taken the parcel that came to them in error having to drive miles to collect their parcel from the other address. Addressee had to sort the whole delivery out no thanks to DHL who were clueless as to what had happened.
