My mum paid express delivery to get a parcel to my boys for Christmas. Shipped 20th December and was told it would arrive Christmas Eve by end of day. We are now on the 29th and still no parcel. Conversely, I shipped a parcel on the 19th December to my mum via UPS, and it arrived on the 22nd! Thats how you run a courier company! Would not recommend DHL and would DEFINITELY recommend UPS!Thanks for your reply, however the package hadn’t even reached customs in the Uk until after it was due to be delivered! Hadn’t even left the US!
