Waiting nearly 4 weeks for a delivery. No attempts made at all. Eventually spoke to a customer service agent who advised parcel at Manchester depot (had been there the whole time) I needed to speak to the vendor in order for DHL to find it !! Unfortunately vendor is Nevisport who closed down their customer service a month ago leaving customers in limbo. I sacked the whole thing off and have got chargeback from my bank. The very worst thing is their telephone tracking automated service which has told me Every Single Day that it is 'out for delivery". Liars and incompetent clowns who deserve to go bust.
