MyChips was one of the most disappointing reward experiences I’ve ever had. I completed two Time Master offers with clearly stated rewards: 204,750 Gems for completing the “Location 5” task and 945,000 Gems for the “Make a Purchase” task. I followed every requirement exactly and even provided all the proof they asked for.Yet after all that, I had to wait around 13 days, deal with slow replies, repeated proof requests, and then MyChips eventually said there was a “tracking issue” on their side. Instead of honoring the full reward they promised, they only gave a small consolation reward of 347,200 Gems, which is nowhere close to what I rightfully earned. That’s extremely unfair to users who completed everything properly.
