This has been one of the worst courier experiences I have had.According to GLS tracking, my parcel arrived at the Dublin depot on 29 December 2025, and since then there has been no movement and no further updates. The parcel has effectively been stuck at a local depot for days without any explanation.I tried every possible way to contact GLS: • I called GLS Ireland multiple times — no one answered the phone. • I sent emails to GLS customer service — no replies at all. • I personally went to the GLS depot, which is clearly listed as opening at 09:00, only to find it closed with no staff present and no information available.There is absolutely no accountability, no communication, and no customer support. A courier holding a parcel at a local depot while being completely unreachable is unacceptable.Delays can happen, especially during busy periods, but what is unforgivable is the total absence of customer service and the inability to get even basic information about where your parcel is or when it will be delivered.GLS seriously needs to improve its customer support, depot accessibility, and communication. I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on GLS for important deliveries.
