All appeared very exciting and professional until we paid. After this there was a noticeable change in communication tone and lack of care in understanding and executing of our desired aesthetic. Several rounds of blunt, one-word emails after misunderstanding and seemingly being annoyed by our amend requests; despite saying that customers have total revision rights. Once finally reaching a mutually agreed upon design, we had to chase for months for the boxes to be printed and delivered. No updates came without prompting and we thought that they would miss our wedding date all together. When the boxes did arrive the background was plain white (not the agreed upon colour), a line of text was missing and the boxes were dirty with matches loose within the delivery box. A thoroughly stressful experience with a very poor quality final product that came months after it should have. Avoid the stress!
