Communication at the beginning was ok. After I paid ($550, which was apparently a 50% discount) for our order communication broke down. Emails went unanswered, DMs ignored. Any communication that was received felt like AI.My fiance sent a mood board for inspiration and the one invitation draft we received was an similar version of the one she made. The date we would receive our order kept getting further and further away. Ultimately cancelled our order which they also said was not possible. If you're not a big design house it seems you will be treated as an afterthought.
