I wouldn’t be using this company unless you couldn’t find another option - sorry savage I know.I had such high hopes at the beginning because the instagram and previous jobs looked so lovely…. and then it dawned on me that I would have to chase the team for anything. If I didn’t have to follow up every week to see if there was a design I could look at/ an estimated date that I’d get to view the design etc… I don’t know I just assumed if we’re paying so much money that you would focus on client services a bit more.The design was really basic and looked thrown together last minute every time, it looked nothing like the matchboxes on the websites. We received the matchboxes (after they were sent to the wrong address lol) and I was so worn down from trying to get in contact with the company that I just assumed a defeated stance - ‘they’ll do’. Not the outcome I wanted but they’re finally here… so there’s that.
