2 months waiting to get a resolution on a lost package from B&Q.Got an email notification to say package was delivered - it wasn't. Raised this issue with GLS customer support, they looked into it and admitted they were at fault.But GLS wouldn't notify B&Q or give me any kind of reference number. They said I had to get B&Q to reach out to them to resolve the issue. So now I'm chasing B&Q customer service like a jackals, still not sorted.I would never choose GLS as a courier based on this interaction
