Update: 2-Sep-2024. Delivered today morning. So increasing the rating. Atleast got my parcel. Not sure how irish government allowing these clowns to operate. I received an email that my pet food from zooplus will be delivered on 29th Aug. Then I didn't get it that day. After 1day I received an email that my parcel is delayed. Never seen any courier service so disorganised. Any idea how to complain to irish government. Not fit to operate. I have to buy my pet food again locally. 🤬🤬🤬
