Sender contacted them several times, every time providing address and phone number. He was fed the same lies that parcel will be delivered next day. After 11 days the status changed to "further address information is needed". When I called the employee said the parcel (from EU) was sent to customs and gave me a number. The number was a generic one and I was bounced from department to department. Of course they did not have my parcel. I called GLS again, somebody else picked up and parcel suddenly was not in customs but "the phone number was missing". The phone that was several times provided to them.
