Total disaster of a company, my wife ordered from a company in Dublin who use gls, they picked up a parcel Monday and its Friday night now and still not delivered. Every day on their tracking it says out for delivery but never delivered. This is same problem every time, I cringe now when I buy something from a company and they use gls. As a helpful hint to gls please take a leaf out of dpd's book they know how to run a proper courier business
