When my tracking says delivered I was confused, email GLS and found out that the driver sent my parcel to my "neighbor" instead of my actual address!!!! I waited all day for it and no one rang the bell or even knocked the door!! This is ridiculous!!! Even if they are leaving it at my door would be way better than leaving it to strangers!!!!!! Now I will probably never see my parcel again ! I am so ANGRY about this and how could a delivery company even DO this?????? Why do I even bother to put my address on my parcel when they just delivered to STRANGERS??????
