My tyres (tyreleader.ie) were due to be delivered on a Fri. Made an appointment to have them fitted on Sat. Stayed in all day Fri and they didn't arrive. Rang GLS Mon morning, was told driver hadn't enough time to make all deliveries but my tyres were still in the van and would be delivered Mon. They didn't arrive. Rang GLS again to be told the driver had "van issues" and tyres would be delivered Tue. 2 days wasted sitting at home and god knows when/if they'll arrive Tue.28/2/23 - I've contacted tyreleader and informed them of the situation. I've told them I will be cancelling my order and requesting a full refund if my tyres aren't delivered today. I've wasted enough time contacting GLS.
