Opteven refused to pay for genuine VW parts, and only paid for one hour labour, although the induced over 2 hours of labour with their requests for photos and evidence. Once the garage had been paid by the warranty, we were left with the remaining £1100. Absolute waste of time. We will definitely not renew!
