Disgraceful!!! My car is currently sat outside my house and my Grandma with Alzheimer’s (alas it’s not her fault) is ringing and getting upset asking why I can’t go over….. This is terrible!They will lie and tell you if they’ve seen you before that they told you X instead of Y!!! NO EMAILED REPORT RECEIVED TO PROVE?!Make sure you record everything they say to you when they arrive - but actually just don’t do it - I’m disabled and rely on my car to get to Grandma and I told them all this when I took the policy out - 100% dishonest and I’ve had to go to a higher body for help.All this right now doesn’t help me/my Grandma
