Extremely disappointed AA- you are letting the brand name down. As a loyal AA member , you slowly pass the claim to a keyboard mechanic - which is essentially a loss adjuster to decline the claim. These guys probably haven’t stepped foot in a garage in years? I’ve been declined my claim on the basis that I have jump stating my Porsche 718 battery , which is totally false as the battery is very hard to locate, and you have my full AA call out record to this full main dealer serviced Porsche. You totally give a false impression and let down genuine customers- any excuse not to honour your obligations- I will not recommend to anyone.
