Absolutely useless, it's a scam if anything. They won't tell you what's covered and what's not. The "AA" Approved garage has had our car for over a week now due to the lack of communication. AA had a diagnosis within 24hrs of the car being in the garage. The garage then quoted for the part and labour and because AA found the part the garage was quoting "cheaper online" they are only willing to cover the amount that they found the part for. AA won't pay for any of the labour cost or diagnosis. If your going to get a warranty on your vehicle don't bother with these muppets.
