If you have any issues with your car, you will have to pay for investigation of the issues from your own pocket, then the company paying for labourer just a maximum amount of money, about 47£/hour, but the service will charge a minimum 90£/hour plus VAT. So at the end you will end up paying for your service and for warranty which doesn’t help at all.After a couple of months my car get broken, I did speak to the warranty company, they send me a list of authorised services via email.When I speak to this services, over the phone, I was told to pay from my own pocket then to get a refund instead to wait for the warranty company to pay as will take a lot much longer, which I did. Then after all, I did go to one of the services, did as I was told, got my car, for a water pump after 3 days, paid 295£.
