This review has been a long time coming! From day 1, Cass has been such a support in so many different ways. Through the high and the lows, her advice has been real, straight forward but also wrapped in love and genuine care. Being a teacher is a busy and high stress job so sometimes it's easy to cop out at a drive through instead of meal prepping. It's easier to mark books than to take a walk during my lunch break. Yes life happens, but we have goals - keep your eye on the target and that is what a coach does; gives you the tools to overcome what you once made excuses for yourself. I am getting married in 2 months and I look the best and feel the best I have ever looked in 10 years. My mind works differently from how it used to. I am far more conscious about the choices I make and actually the best change is to see how my loved ones have joined the bandwagon and they are looking their best selves too. I can't thank Cass enough! I have been on the programme for the last 7 moths and I have gone from a 37" waist to a steady 27-28" waist! I can't believe it when I look at my pictures. Take pictures!!
