We have our fleet of vans covered with this warranty, we have so far made 3 claims , 2 with no problems, however the 3rd was a fault with the gear box , they wanted the garage to strip it down to find the fault , this would cost over £900 , with no guarantee we would get the money back if the fault found was not covered . After calling customer services, Lisa was very helpful and put me in touch with the technician managing the claim . David was very professional and together we were able to compromise and come to an agreement which I deemed favourable for both parties . David authorised the claim within a few hours and called me back to explain and confirm. It was a pleasant experience that was dealt with in a fair and amenable way.
