We’ve been so happy we chose them after dreadful customer quote appt from another well known company.Manuel was fantastic at our home plan appt. He corrected the wrong information we were given by the other company and planned our wardrobe to exactly what we wanted - everything was a yes! We were delighted with the design and after a few tweaks we went ahead with the deposit and paperwork to book in. He quoted a rough time of about 6-8 weeks and true to time weeks later we had our date for our remeasure and the fitting. The gentleman who fitted the wardrobe was polite, tidy and a welcome tradesperson. The job was well done in a matter of hours with minimal noise and mess as promised. We had a follow up call to confirm we were happy and then communication was also good when we followed up with some tweaks as the furniture settled. These were rectified within a week of reporting as they were just adjustments and we couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase.
