I have had many packages arrive with good tracking in the past, all of which I believe was by GLS themselves. But recently I ordered something from Lidl and it's the first time they have lost my package? I think the problem might be that GLS use agencies to sometimes deliver when they can't, and they DO NOT have the same quality as them. I ordered my package 2 weeks ago, and the tracking got blocked on the 29/11. I rang three times and didn't receive a decent response as to what has happened to my parcel? Each time I ring the response is pathetic and very useless. They said one time "wait 48hr for a response" I waited... And nobody rang and nobody messaged me. Lidl are also being very unhelpful about the situation.
