On Sept. 5, 2025I mailed a package following GLS directions using the tracking number on label provided by recipient —the one on the title. Today is Tuesday. The tracking number was scanned and registered when dropped off: online the time was first 11h16 now a new time of 14h33 has been entered. When I tried to track my package using the tracking number on the label, the name of another sender, Pizorca, appears and the last 4 digits of what Iis perhaps their mobile number; I am directed to read the SMS text as a means to find the whereabouts of my packet. I am 100% satisfied with GLS response to this comlaint I wrote. I would have preferred being able to speak with soemone on the phone yesterday. I would have preferred the site allowed me to register my email and other co-ordinates as an individual before all this happened. It is not true there is someone who responds to calls; the response is automated; there’s no human to speak with. Nous sommes mardi, le 9 septembre. Le numéro de suivi a été scanné et enregistré lors du dépôt : en ligne, l'heure indiquée était initialement 11h16, mais une nouvelle heure, 14h33, a été saisie. Lorsque j'ai essayé de suivre mon colis à l'aide du numéro de suivi figurant sur l'étiquette, pas mon nom mais le nom Pizorca est apparu, ainsi que les 4 derniers chiffres de ce qui est peut-être son numéro de téléphone portable ; on m'a invité à lire le SMS pour connaître la localisation de mon colis.Je suis entièrement satisfaite de la réponse apportée par GLS à ma réclamation. J'aurais préféré pouvoir parler à quelqu'un au téléphone hier. J'aurais également préféré que le site me permette d'enregistrer mon adresse e-mail et d'autres coordonnées en tant que particulier avant que tout cela n'arrive.Ce n’est pas vrai qu’il y a quelqu’un qui peut répondre aux appels: il n’y avait qu’une réponse automatique - personne humaine à répondu.
