Second Time this happened. The GLS driver calls me to say that he hasn‘t seen my parcel in his van and that he is now about 10km away and that he will drop it in a „Point Relay“ for me to pick it up. I tell him that I don‘t agree and ask him to deliver it to me the next day. He drops it in the Point Relay anyway and now I have to drive 10km to pick it up. I am paying for a delivery to my home and GLS has done this twice now with me. Stop this practice and hire reliable drivers. I‘ve had enough of this bad customer service from GLS.
