I was looking at a couple of apartments and on the right side of the screen you can write to the apartment. Two questions to two different apartments where I was simply asking for a run down of all of the fees. Both times I receive texts from a different company. The first one was Rental Beast indicating he could answer my questions and show me other units, and the second one was a text indicating that if I sign up i may get AI generated texts. I then went to Redfin on one of the units and asked the same question and received a response from the actual management company. There is something definitely off with this company and I would stay away from them.
