Complaining was impossible due to the lack of options, so I had to call customer services. I was on hold for 30 minutes and spoke with an aggressive agent who talked over me, insisting that the pay machines don't provide receipts and that I needed to email for one. The agent seemed unaware of the recent changes at the station, which have made everything more complicated and expensive. A completely hopeless company that prioritizes fines over good service.
