Had a crazy day 15th Sept. Was supposed to land at 10pm at Stansted airport, we were delayed for almost 3 hours. Landed the next day. Husband drove in twice but paid both tickets for previous day instead of 15th and 16th ( few minutes delay) Spoke with James Finlay regarding matter and helped us resolve the issue.
