When I ordered the parts the sales guy said it would ship within the week, two and half weeks later I received the shipment. The part was broken. Fortunately, I paid extra for shipping insurance. Now I get to wait another...
I bought ROES50 due to the good reviews. I already had an old reverse osmosis system, so switching them out should be easy, right? Wrong. It seemed like it was working, but instead overnight it was just sending water down the drain. Can't return it to store, since it is open. Company has no chat available. After three emails and tons pictures, verified it is set up correctly. Now the company wants me to do these time consuming tests and video it. I have zero confidence in this product and have wasted time and money!! I should have gotten a tankless one! I just want my money back and to move on. :-(
Customer service is over the top. We purchase a unit a year ago and for some reason we had a leak. We tried everything and realized it was a leak in the top of the unit. It ruined our cabinet, which had to be replaced, but they sent us a new top and the unit works fine. They also sent us a leak detector, hopefully we don't have the expense of the cabinet replacement again....$$$
My RO HI 90 had a cracked head and started leaking. The customer care rep realized it was in warranty and sent me a complete head replacement kit. It did arrive even though I was sent an email stating it was out of stock so thank you.
