Customer service. They shipped to me allegedly with 24 hour service. On 27th September. But the parcel still hasn’t arrived, the tracking hasn’t budged since that day. The only thing i get from their customer service people is “we’re raising the matter with royal mail, please be patient.” After a week the parcel’s clearly lost. Won’t be ordering from ape again, if this is what “service” looks like.
