I emailed Collin about a front stand that had come off of one of my speakers that are now discontinued. Even though Aperion no longer makes them, Collin searched the warehouse, found, and sent along the parts I needed to get my speakers standing on their own again. I didn't expect him to go above and beyond (twice!) for me so this was a tremendous delight. There is still hope out there for folks passionate about good audio, and good customer service.
