Order confirmed on Nov 30 and still not…

Order confirmed on Nov 30 and still not received on Dec 24. The products look nice on the website but this brand is not ready to do international e-commerce. International orders are shipped through local post which is very slow and inefficient. All other brands are working with big companies like DHL for good reasons. Now I am still waiting my order, I had no help from the customer service - only a reply saying I have to deal directly with my own local post - and apparently, I'll have to pay shipping fees and VAT on delivery (by cash). The experience is clearly bad so I will not order again from them.
