It says here it is an American company, but it is in fact an Australian company. I was not able to write a review on the company’s review page, so I will write one here.Since the company is shipping from Australia (I live in Norway), the cost in taxes and shipping are high, and I wondered what size in trousers I should go for since I would not be able to return and get other sizes very easily. The answer I got by email was kind of rude, saying I should read what it says on sizing on the page and that they don’t have VAT because costumers should know the cost of taxes in their country. A simple “no, we don’t have VAT, unfortunately.” and maybe an input on what size would fit me when it comes to returning and sizing historic would be nice and helpful, but in stead I felt stupid for bothering customer service with my questions. Why have a customer service when customers actually should figure things out for themselves. Where I come from, customer service is there to help costumers, even if you have not bought a product yet.
