I was very disappointed with my recent order from Ape Survival (which I haven't received). After several communications with customer service, I believe this was my last order!. I am not interested in hearing any further lies from them. I initially contacted them to find out the delay on my order, only to discover that there wasn't even a tracking number assigned (this was 10 days after placing the order). The representative apologized and said she would initiate a follow up and give me a return call the following day... Guess what? Never received a call. Called again only to be supplied with excuses without any resolution. It's sad, because my opinion of the company in my previous orders was very favorable. How difficult is it to keep your web site current with availability and follow up with your customers if issues arise? You don't seem to have any problems accepting a customers payment (even before shipping their expected products) but service afterwards appears to be extremely difficult.
