Update due to the sheer volume of lies and attempted silencing of a truthfully deceived consumer.Firstly. Thank you for formally acknowledging me as a client as you previously flagged my truthful review a totla of 3 different ways to prevent my information becoming viewable to the public. The first one was a complete denial of me being under contract with them. The 2nd was it contained personal information. And the 3rd was simply because I was oversharing. Also thank you for blaming every thing on me once again. My loss mitigation packet was not complete. And when your company took over you assumed that responsibility for the detrimental loan offer you awarded me. So lets give credit where credit is due. And lastly I certainly appreciate your colorful descriptions of our interactions. Whats truly hilarious is that Oregon is a single party consent state. Meaning only one person on phone. Calls needs to give consent. And I have my own consent t and recorded all of our phone calls to ensure quality and for documentation purposes. You have now slandered me on 2 different sites with baseless and false allegations that I alone hold the recordings of. I was never belligerent especially to your female staff. I was rarely able to speak to any of you as you couldn't not even keep a phone appt. What I will admit is that beingnunder contract with you was probably the most confusing and misleading experience of my life and your continued efforts to discredit a 100% disabled veteran with Autism are getting quite old. You even copied and pasted your responses from the Oregon Dept. Of Justice Complaint. I would expect nothing more than continued slander from a dishonest false company who is currently working in thw mortgage field without valid credentials. Your cookie cutter approach is doing nothing but making you appear like a bully. So now I have 2 accounts of your slander and I will be filing a report listing it with ADA. Maybe look up title 2 and title 3. I offered to peacefully resolve this without going public with the actual truth. I have shared my phone recordings with the Department of Justice, the bbb, and the ftc to provide clarity to your baseless accusations. This is how your treat your clients. You discredit them for speaking the truth, force them under duress to accept your one sided resolution and then slander them on every public outlet they go to in order to have their voice heard.Real Class Apex Advisors. If how you treated me was in good faith then why silence me? The truth shall set you free and onward to the next publicly available complaint...the cfpb and ADA. I will not stop warning others of how I was treated. However I would be willing to remove all 100% factual complaints upon acceptance of a mutually beneficial settlement offer. As I stated the first time I reached out to say there was a problem with how you treated me. Looking forward to more jousting in this one sided battle for truth and justice. Also please turnover all the belligerent phone call with your next rebuttal as they will tell who was acting in bad faith.Thank you for once again going above and beyond to convince people you do something when you just do the same things that any other consumer can accomplish themselves with costing 3600...plus the home itself.Title: Paid $3,600 — services incomplete, records missing, loan terms worsenedIn April 2025, I signed a contract with Apex Advisors for mortgage negotiation services. The agreement required $1,200 per month for three months ($3,600 total).What happened:Apex Advisors stated they would negotiate improved loan terms with my mortgage servicer.Communications were inconsistent, with multiple missed appointments and use of different phone numbers. No NMLS number was ever provided.I requested records of Apex’s contacts with my servicer, but none were provided.My servicer later confirmed Apex submitted one loss mitigation packet (already submitted by me) and made ten follow-up calls.The modification terms offered worsened my loan: about $12,000 added to principal, interest rate raised by 2.5%, and the term extended by 10 years.Apex later offered a $3,600 refund, but only on condition that I accept it as final resolution. I declined because no agreement was reached and no records were produced.Per federal law (SAFE Act), mortgage negotiation companies must be licensed and listed in the NMLS Consumer Access database. I found no record of Apex Advisors there.I have filed complaints with federal and state regulators, including CFPB, FTC, VA, Oregon DOJ, and BBB. This review is to document my direct experience so that other consumers can make informed decisions.
