After receiving the ring, it was too large. The website stated exchanges or refunds were possible. They provided a QR code for return, but it didn't work. I had to contact the support team, who eventually accepted my return. It was frustrating since it was stated that returns were allowed if the product was unsatisfactory. Plus, there was a deduction of 8 euros for the return! It took nearly a week to resolve the return. So far, the other jewelry pieces I kept are beautiful, although they seem pricey if quality isn't consistent. Time will tell.
