Profile Updates: Approximately 90% of the profiles in the database appear to be outdated or not updated. This makes it challenging to find and connect with active and relevant candidates.3. Results: Despite utilizing the available options, the search results often lead to zero or very limited outcomes. This can be frustrating and time-consuming for recruiters who are looking to identify potential candidates for open positions.I believe that addressing these issues will significantly enhance the overall user experience and the effectiveness of the Apna Recruiter application/service.
