Experience with Hotel Myrino and Apollo representativesUnfortunately, I became ill during my trip. I have travelled with Apollo several times before, but this was my first visit to this hotel. It turned out that the hotel staff, restaurant staff, and the doctor were absolutely wonderful and provided excellent service. The Apollo representatives, on the other hand, were completely absent—except for the long string of text messages I received while bedridden, urging me to go down to the reception and pay for my late check-out, which was absolutely necessary due to my condition.There was no action behind the kind words. I had to arrange everything myself—oral rehydration solution, water, food brought to my room, even carrying my suitcase down to the reception. There was no trace of human compassion. In fact, the doctor ended up driving my daughter to and from the pharmacy, which was open over the weekend—something you might expect an Apollo rep to offer assistance with.Since there was no kiosk available to buy drinks, I had to either walk 1.5 km to the village or purchase a 25 cl drink in the restaurant for €4.I’ve always been very happy with my Apollo trips, but this experience will definitely affect my choice for future travels.
