Extremely disappointed by Aposttile Services' lack of efficiency and poor customer service.As I was facing a deadline to complete my documentation for a Spanish visa, I opted for their fast-track, 1-day service and promptly sent the Apostille Application form along with my document to be legalised (having paid £15 for Special 1st Class Delivery to ensure the document arrived on Friday 15th July). On Wednesday 20th July, I arranged the payment of £165. As I had not received an update from the company; I made numerous calls and sent numerous emails to find out the progress of the document. This was extremely challenging and stressful to do whilst working full time. I did not expect to be nagging and chasing when I had paid £165 for the fast-track service and £15 for postage. I eventually found out there was an issue with the document. Instead of the company taking a proactive approach I had to take matters into my own hands and resolve this issue. After 10 days, the document was finally legalised. I, therefore, missed the submission date for my visa request. As mentioned, I am extremely disappointed by this company's services. Your website guarantees that the document will be completed within 1-3 working days depending on service level and that there will be updates throughout the service. I have emailed to complain about this and (unsurprisingly) have not received a response. I don't recommend this company at all.
