I would have rated this service 1 star, but I’ve added an extra star solely because I did eventually receive a digital copy of my letter of no impediment (not even the physical copy yet - so this is being generous).While Aida was very responsive in the beginning and assured me that the process would take 10 days, or 15 days at the most, this was not the case. Payment was made on 31 July, and the documents were only ready for collection on 3 September.I would not recommend this service if you are looking for something fast, reliable, and transparent with consistent updates - especially considering the cost involved. Even after being informed that the documents were ready for collection on 3 September, it has now been 12 days with no further communication from her since the payment was made.
