Very disappointing experience.I paid £150 for a notarised translation that I specifically needed for embassy use. In my request I clearly explained that my certificate already had an apostille and that I only needed a properly prepared notarised translation for the embassy.However, the service I received did not meet these requirements. The translation was not prepared correctly for embassy submission. In addition, the document was never sent to me by courier as expected.Because of this situation, I had to urgently find another translator in London and pay £120 to redo the translation properly.Despite explaining the problem, no refund was offered. Instead, I only received replies claiming that the service had been completed, which is simply not true.This caused me financial loss, stress, and wasted time. If the company was not familiar with embassy requirements, they should not have accepted the order and taken payment.Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
