It arrived the next day after 10 pm, unfortunately, so processing was deferred to Thursday (I was updated of this development). I was sent the scanned copy of the completed document on Friday and I received the actual document on Saturday.The one-day turnaround is realistically at least a three-day turnaround if you are not based in London and have to post your documents. Otherwise, prompt service. Arguably marginally pricy but worth the professional service provided.
