I made a one-time payment of 147 USD for a Premium Plan on the platform on 02.12.2025. The website clearly claims: "One-time payment – full access to all apps – no additional fees." This is misleading. Logging into my account revealed that the payment only provides access to a very low-quality image generator. Furthermore, a pop-up indicated that VideoExpress.ai, marketed as a premium app, requires an extra 49 USD for access.
This contradicts the advertised offer and reflects deceptive business practices. The only response I received from the support team was a generic auto-reply: "Thank you for your email. This is a confirmation that we received your support ticket… We generally respond within 24 hours… Office is closed on weekends and holidays." This response did not address my concerns, offered no explanation, and provided no solution. The platform seems to operate as an offshore entity with concealed ownership. There is a clear gap between what is promised and what is delivered. My experience aligns with numerous other complaints from users online. I intend to file an official cybercrime report in my country, pursue legal action internationally, and expose these practices on social media with evidence. I am sharing this review to alert other users. I will continue to pursue this issue.
