Last month infoengine.ai double charged my credit card. I attempted on several occasions to contact their support email with zero response. As a result, I cancelled my account though the website. This month, they still haven't refunded the double charge and despite me cancelling my account have charged me again. Further attempts to contact support have gone unanswered. I contacted the connected company PDFMethod.com about the issue but they claim to not be connected but they're still recommending their members sign up for infoengine.ai Definitely a case of buyer beware.
