Although our case was small the company made strong efforts to respond and when it did we received useful advice that pursuing a possible reduction in rateable value was not advisable at this time. The person taking the the calls was excellent as was the consultant who rang us back twice when the phones at our end were playing up.Although we are not now going to pursue a change due to another round of revaluations next year, the experience was positive and I was left with a good impression. Compared to weary no-can-do this was refreshing.
