I was sceptical at first however, with a no win no fee option, what's the worst that could happen... The team have been excellent explaining at every point what they were doing and calling when a more complicated element arose. The first repose was a hard NO but they didn't give up and eventually we got the result ABR suggested - a 75% reduction and a very needed and welcome rebate! I will now spend the next week talking to every business I know about how amazing they were!!
