Working with this team has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. I engaged them as an agent for a potential business rates appeal, hoping for professional guidance and clear advice. Communication was slow, inconsistent, and scattered. At one point, they effectively abandoned the case for several months, asking me to wait without updates. When the case was finally picked up again, I was left waiting weeks more, only to receive the vague conclusion that pursuing the case would not be beneficial for either party. This kind of indecision is completely unacceptable, especially when clear guidance could have prevented unnecessary stress and risk.
I was also misled at the outset when Eric described this as an ‘easy case.’ That false promise caused me to invest time, money, and trust into a process that was poorly managed from beginning to end. It felt as though they were unwilling or unable to commit the attention required to handle the case professionally, despite knowing it could have saved me thousands of pounds.
I requested a full refund of all fees paid, given the poor service and mishandling of the case. Unfortunately, my request was declined. The level of service delivered doesn’t justify the cost - the delays and confusion have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. This experience will definitely remain one of the most disappointing I have ever had with any service provider.
